An established interior designer and ASID member from 1993-2015, Tracy also currently serves as the vice president of Homes by DeRamo, Inc., a residential and commercial building contractor. Tracy obtained her real estate license and joined Michael Saunders & Company in 1993, where she has garnered awards of recognition of her exceptional service and production. For Tracy, entering the real estate industry was a natural choice, as her business background fortifies her role as a comprehensive, knowledgeable Realtor. Through her professional experiences, she is able to offer her customers an in-depth perspective on the standards of construction and potential for design befitting the properties they buy or sell. Throughout her career, Tracy has distinguished herself as a specialist in new homes and waterfront properties.
To further enhance the level of service she provides, she has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and most recently the National Association of Realtors Green (GREEN) designation.
The mother of three children, Tracy enjoys snow skiing in her spare time.

Tracy is amazing, We happened upon her at one of her open house's she was having, we talked to her for a long time, but that house wasn't a fit for us, so my husband and i went looking at other open houses and found a vacant one. The listing agent/seller allowed us to look at it. It was "our" house. We wanted to write an offer right away, we called Tracy and asked if she would write the contract for us, and she met us right away and handled everything for us. We were out of state buyers, Tracy was gracious enough to be at every appointment at the house for us, since we couldn't. She is extremely friendly and easy to work with, but most importantly very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate transactions.
