Tracy is amazing, We happened upon her at one of her open house's she was having, we talked to her for a long time, but that house wasn't a fit for us, so my husband and i went looking at other open houses and found a vacant one. The listing agent/seller allowed us to look at it. It was "our" house. We wanted to write an offer right away, we called Tracy and asked if she would write the contract for us, and she met us right away and handled everything for us. We were out of state buyers, Tracy was gracious enough to be at every appointment at the house for us, since we couldn't. She is extremely friendly and easy to work with, but most importantly very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate transactions. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, or if anyone i know does Tracy will be our first call.

I've had two wonderful experiences with Tracy! She found my my home first day out ... one of five to look at! So very happy!
